  • whatnots: Be joyful always!

Anyone see the lunar eclipse last night?  It was very cool!  We tried to take pictures of it, but our little digitals don't zoom well enough, so we didn't get a clear shot.

I am busily working on my "fundraising event"- getting things ready to launch that.  I look forward to announcing it and getting everyone I know on board with me!  It's going to be exciting- and I know God is going to make great things happen- He already has!!  We feel very secure that this treatment center will be a reality for my hubby.  Stay posted for updates as I get closer to announcing it.  It will most likely wait until we get back from the Bahamas, however!  haha!  Only 3 MORE DAYS!!!

I have still not heard back from the doctor concerning my scan- and I haven't had the nerve to call them.  I am going to just assume that "no news is good news" and try not to worry about it!

UPDATE: Just heard from the Dr. office.  Everything looks normal!!!!!  Thank you so much for all your prayers.  What a RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise, life is good.  My husband's business is really taking off- and that is very exciting!  He feels great- every day is a blessing.  I have been working harder at getting to bed on time- keeping more of a schedule to not let time get away from me- and getting up earlier and that is making a big difference in my life.  I struggle with going into depression when life feels "out of control" and I tend to sort of shut down.  I'm trying to force myself to enjoy each day to it's fullest and not allow myself to go into that mode.  I have let a lot of things go lately because I have felt so consumed with the new developments with my husband, and I am working to get a handle on that.  I haven't really made much room for developing ME lately.  I would like to reconnect with my artistic side- so that is on my mind.

I have been visiting everyone's blogs- just haven't had much time to post many comments lately (as I said- trying to stick to my "schedule"! haha!).
