Alright- I really don't want to type this... but I know some of you have been waiting for the results of my husband's scans this past week.  We finally got them yesterday- George talked to the doctor....

The GOOD news is that there are no visible spots on any organs.  The bad news is that there is a spot on his right hip bone.  So my anxiety caused by not knowing the results has now been replaced with anxiety about what the tests revealed.  I am thankful there is only one small spot- but I was so hopeful that the scans would be clear.

So, there you have it- where we are.  Please continue to pray!!

(((GINA))) So sorry to hear about the results. Will he begin treatment right away? We will continue to pray for you and George. If there is anything you need please let me know.

Thanks Sami!
No- he doesn't think he's going to be doing any treatment right now. What the doctors have to offer him he's not too interested in doing to himself, so I think for now we are going to just stay focused on eating a very thoughtful diet of foods and supplements that promote health and healing, and try to enjoy each day to the fullest! He feels GREAT, so we're just going to try to not let this spot take over our life.
There is an alternative therapy center out in CA that we are hoping to be able to afford sometime soon so he can go there. They've had great results with others.

I just read in my blog that you are from the Shenandoah Valley, too! I am far from home (and have been for some time) so seeing that I have a neighbor made me very happy. You and your husband remain firmly on my prayer list. Please know that... tuck it in your heart and carry it with you wherever you go. Blessings and well wishes, Lacy

Gina,

I'm so sorry. It is great news that it's not on his organs. I hope and pray that you will be able to afford the center in CA soon. Thank you for sharing, though I know it has to be tough to write it down.
