
I plan to devote this blog primarily to sharing my journey of keeping my life with my husband simple and fun, and focused on making as many positive memories as we possibly can! I have been very caught up, the last few years, in trying to "find" my "purpose"- and have devoted large amounts of time and money in that pursuit- and am coming back around with a strong sense that the only thing I should be doing at this time in my life is living each day WITH purpose, and enjoying the life I have.
My husband and I have been married for nearly 17 years (in April). He is a 6+ year survivor of an aggressive form of early prostate cancer. He has taken radical steps with diet and supplementation, and is LIVING proof that what you put in does make a difference! In fact, we had one doctor tell us that he was surprised to even see him still alive. We refuse to accept defeat- and we appreciate all prayers! Instead, we plan to travel and enjoy life together. Stay "posted"!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I hope everyone enjoyed a happy and SAFE new year's eve! We stayed in, laid low... a little depressing, but also relaxing. Usually we get with friends or something, but this year we didn't. We stayed up to see the 100th year anniversary of the ball dropping on Times Square.
So, what are everyone's resolutions for 2008?? I have a few, but not set in stone (because as we all know, what's the point of that?!?! As a friend recently said- in one year and out the other!):
